Enjoy quick and delicious mini flatbread pizzas topped with fresh mozzarella and basil.

Ingredients

Flatbreads

  • 4 oz mini flatbreads (about 4 oz each)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 0.5 cup tomato sauce
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and arrange flatbreads.
  • Spread 2 tbsp tomato sauce on each flatbread.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
  • Tear basil leaves and distribute on top. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Serve hot.

Notes

Use fresh basil for the best flavor.
