Enjoy quick and delicious mini flatbread pizzas topped with fresh mozzarella and basil.
Ingredients
Flatbreads

mini flatbreads
(about 4 oz each)

mozzarella cheese
(shredded)

tomato sauce

fresh basil leaves

extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and arrange flatbreads.
Spread 2 tbsp tomato sauce on each flatbread.
Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
Tear basil leaves and distribute on top. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh basil for the best flavor.
