Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt; add water and oil, knead until smooth.
Let dough rest 30–45 minutes until puffy.
Combine meat, vegetables, spices, and oil; optionally sauté for 3–4 minutes.
Divide dough into small balls, roll into thin circles, spread meat mixture, and bake at 450°F (230°C) for 8–10 minutes.
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, oil, salt, and mint for sauce.
Serve warm lahmacun with yogurt sauce and fresh vegetables.
Notes
You can sauté the meat mixture for a softer texture or use it raw for a traditional taste.
