Instructions
Prepare the tart crust by mixing butter, powdered sugar, flour, and salt. Press into tart molds and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, then whip in heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Fill cooled tart shells with cream cheese mixture and top with sliced strawberries mixed with sugar and lemon juice.
Notes
Chill the assembled tarts for at least 30 minutes before serving for best results.
