A refreshing and fragrant lemonade perfect for hot days, infused with fresh mint and rose water.

Ingredients

sugar

  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar

water

  • 4 cups water (divided) (2 cups for syrup, 2 cups for serving)
  • 1 tablespoon rose water

lemon juice

  • 1 cup lemon juice (about 5-6 lemons)

fresh mint

  • 1 ounce fresh mint (about 20-25 leaves)

Instructions 

  • Make the simple syrup by boiling sugar and ½ cup water until thickened, then add rose water and cool.
  • Blend remaining water, lemon juice, and mint until smooth.
  • Combine the mint-lemon mixture with the simple syrup, stir well, and serve over ice or with additional water.

Notes

Garnish with extra mint leaves and lemon slices for presentation.
