These flavorful Mississippi Meatballs are a delicious blend of beef and pork, slow-cooked in a creamy, zesty sauce.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork

Binders and Seasonings

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup minced onions
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers (sliced)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

Instructions 

  • Combine beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and onions in a bowl.
  • Form into 1.5-inch meatballs.
  • Spray slow cooker, add sauce, and arrange meatballs.
  • Mix ranch seasoning, peppers, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and soup; pour over meatballs.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours until meatballs reach 160°F.
  • Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with rice or pasta for a complete meal.
