A refreshing and chocolatey cold brew coffee with a hint of vanilla, perfect for a summer pick-me-up.
Ingredients
Coffee and flavorings

coarsely ground coffee beans

filtered cold water

unsweetened cocoa powder

granulated sugar, honey, or sweetener (optional)
(adjust to taste)

pure vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
Combine coffee grounds and cocoa powder in a jar or pitcher.
Pour in cold water and stir gently to mix.
Add sugar, vanilla, and salt if desired, then seal and steep in the fridge for 12-18 hours.
Strain out the grounds into a clean container.
Serve over ice with milk or dairy alternative as desired.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and milk to taste for a personalized touch.
