Ingredients

Dough

  • 1.5 cups flour (all-purpose)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Toppings

  • 0.5 onion onion (thinly sliced into half-moons)
  • 3.5 fl oz teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup chicken (precooked and shredded)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp cilantro, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Instructions 

  • Prepare the dough by mixing flour, Greek yogurt, and olive oil, then roll into a flatbread shape.
  • Sauté sliced onions in toasted sesame oil until soft, then spread teriyaki sauce over the dough.
  • Top the flatbread with shredded chicken, sautéed onions, mozzarella cheese, cilantro, and red pepper flakes.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
  • Slice and serve hot, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a drizzle of sesame oil before serving.
