A flavorful and easy-to-make wrap combining seasoned beef, nacho cheese, and crunchy toppings for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Meat and Fillings

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can Rotel green chilis with diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped green peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • as needed crushed Doritos, nacho cheese flavored
  • 4 pieces flour tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions 

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Add onions and green peppers, sauté for 4 minutes, then stir in taco seasoning, Rotel, and nacho cheese sauce.
  • Spread cheese mixture on tortillas, top with meat, sour cream, onions, peppers, and crushed Doritos, then roll up.

Notes

For extra flavor, add your favorite toppings like salsa or jalapeños.
