These easy, no-bake bars combine coconut, chocolate, and oats for a crunchy, sweet treat perfect for any time of day.
Ingredients

Instructions
Line a pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides.
Melt butter, milk, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth using microwave or double boiler.
Add chocolate and stir until melted into the mixture.
Mix in oats, coconut, and Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
Press mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
Slice into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Notes
For faster setting, place the pan in the freezer instead of the refrigerator.
