No Yeast Dinner Rolls

Soft, fluffy dinner rolls made without yeast, perfect for a quick and delicious side.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cups whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg egg
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 T parsley
  • Sea salt Sea salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Add yogurt and stir until combined. Form into a ball and divide into 8 pieces.
  • Shape each piece into a ball and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg.
  • Bake for 24-28 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley. Brush over warm rolls and sprinkle with sea salt and extra parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and chopped parsley on top before baking.
