Soft, fluffy dinner rolls made without yeast, perfect for a quick and delicious side.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Add yogurt and stir until combined. Form into a ball and divide into 8 pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 24-28 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly.
Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley. Brush over warm rolls and sprinkle with sea salt and extra parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and chopped parsley on top before baking.
