Delicious and healthy banana muffins made with gluten-free oat flour, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

oat flour
(certified Gluten Free, if needed)

Wet ingredients

cup
mashed bananas
(about 1 large banana)

avocado oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin for 6-8 muffins.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
Pour wet into dry and mix until just combined.
Fill muffin cups nearly full and bake for 18-22 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
