These soft, gluten-free dinner rolls are quick to make using oat flour and Greek yogurt, perfect for a wholesome meal.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare an 8x8" pan.
Mix wet ingredients until smooth, then add dry ingredients and combine until tacky.
Divide dough into 9 balls, place in pan, and shape into rolls.
Brush tops with egg white and sprinkle oats.
Bake for 25-28 minutes until golden and firm. Cool before serving.
