Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round pan.
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
Add buttermilk, oil, eggs, vanilla, and coffee; whisk until combined.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 30–35 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Serve as desired.
Notes
