Instructions
Peel and dice potatoes into ½-inch cubes; rinse and set aside.
Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, then drain excess fat if needed.
Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in potatoes, spices, Worcestershire, and broth; simmer covered for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Uncover, increase heat, and cook for 5-10 minutes to develop a crust; stir occasionally.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of hot sauce or top with a fried egg.
