A hearty and easy one-pot meal combining savory ground beef with tender potatoes, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

potatoes (diced)

onion (diced)

garlic (minced)

Instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet with half the butter for 8-10 minutes; season and set aside.
Sauté diced onion in the same skillet for 5 minutes, add garlic for 1 minute.
Add potatoes, cook 5-6 minutes until golden, then pour in water or broth and simmer 10-12 minutes until tender.
Return beef to skillet, stir, heat 4 minutes, then garnish before serving.
Notes
Ensure potatoes are fork-tender before serving for the best texture.
