250ggranulated sugar

237mlolive oil
118mlorange juice(room temperature)
118mlwhole milk(room temperature)
25ggranulated sugar for topping(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease and line a 9-inch (23 cm) pan.
Whisk dry ingredients together. Beat sugar and orange zest until wet sand consistency. Add eggs and whip until thick and yellow. Stream in olive oil, then fold in orange juice and milk. Mix dry ingredients in until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Optional: sprinkle with sugar for a crackly crust.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15-20 minutes, then transfer or serve directly.
Garnish with powdered sugar and orange slices if desired. Slice and enjoy!
