Delight in these creamy Oreo ice cream sandwiches with crunchy cookie layers, perfect for a cool treat.
Ingredients
Cookies and Crust

whole oreo cookies
(about 50 cookies)

unsalted butter
(melted)
Ice Cream Filling

heavy cream

condensed milk
Instructions
Line a 9x9" pan with parchment. Crush oreos into fine crumbs, reserving 100g for topping.
Mix remaining oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into the pan. Freeze while preparing the filling.
Whip heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks. Fold in condensed milk and reserved oreo crumbs.
Pour the ice cream mixture over the crust, freeze 1-2 hours until firm.
Spread remaining oreo crumbs on top, press gently, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Lift out, cut into 8 slices, and serve immediately or freeze for later.
Notes
For cleaner cuts, run the knife under hot water before slicing.
