Instructions
Whisk marinade ingredients, coat beef, and chill 1 hour.
Combine sesame oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, water, and brown sugar; heat until sugar dissolves.
Mix cornstarch and water; add to sauce and cook until thickened.
Cook beef in a skillet until done, then add sauce and cook 1-2 minutes.
Serve over rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Adjust sauce amount to taste for more or less saucy beef.
