A rich and fudgy paleo brownie baked in a skillet, perfect for a quick indulgence.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
Beat egg and coconut sugar until frothy, then mix in melted chocolate.
Sift in cocoa powder and tapioca flour, add vanilla, and stir.
Pour batter into a 6-inch skillet and bake for 11-12 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with sea salt if desired, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking.
