A delicious and elegant salmon dish featuring a creamy Parmesan sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.

heavy cream

grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
Add minced garlic (if using) to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds, then pour in heavy cream and simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach; cook until spinach wilts. Spoon sauce over salmon.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
