Instructions
Separate egg whites and yolks. Mix yolks with milk.
Combine flour, baking powder, and egg yolk mixture to form batter. Beat egg whites until soft peaks and fold into batter.
Cook small pancakes on a heated non-stick pan until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another minute.
Thread pancakes, banana slices, and strawberries onto skewers, then drizzle with melted chocolate.
