Ingredients

Self-raising flour

  • 170 g self-raising flour (1 1/4 cups)

Milk

  • 170 ml milk (2/3 cup)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Bananas

  • 2 pieces bananas

Strawberries

  • 250 g strawberries (2 cups)

Melted milk chocolate

  • 100 g melted milk chocolate (3 oz)

Instructions 

  • Separate egg whites and yolks. Mix yolks with milk.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and egg yolk mixture to form batter. Beat egg whites until soft peaks and fold into batter.
  • Cook small pancakes on a heated non-stick pan until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another minute.
  • Thread pancakes, banana slices, and strawberries onto skewers, then drizzle with melted chocolate.

Notes

Use ripe bananas and fresh strawberries for best flavor.
