Delight in these warm, cheesy garlic bread bites, perfect for sharing with a side of marinara sauce. Made with homemade dough and topped with Parmesan, they’re an irresistible appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 batch Homemade pizza dough (Prepared and risen)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter (Room temperature)
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic (Freshly minced)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Dried parsley or fresh parsley (Finely minced)
  • 4 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese (Freshly grated)
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce (For dipping)

Instructions 

  • Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil or non-stick spray and set aside.
  • Prepare and rise your dough, then punch down and cut into 1-inch pieces. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Mix softened butter, minced garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and parsley to make garlic butter. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Brush the dough bites generously with garlic butter, bake for 20 minutes until golden, then brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy immediately for best flavor and texture.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
