1batchHomemade pizza dough(Prepared and risen)
2tablespoonsUnsalted butter(Room temperature)
2clovesMinced garlic(Freshly minced)
0.25teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
2tablespoonsDried parsley or fresh parsley(Finely minced)
Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil or non-stick spray and set aside.
Prepare and rise your dough, then punch down and cut into 1-inch pieces. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Mix softened butter, minced garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and parsley to make garlic butter. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brush the dough bites generously with garlic butter, bake for 20 minutes until golden, then brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
