Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour melted butter into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Mix flour, sugar, and milk in a medium bowl to make batter.
Pour batter over melted butter without stirring.

Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
