Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound Beef sirloin

Vegetables

  • 3 bell peppers Bell peppers (red, green, yellow) (sliced)
  • 1 onion Onion (yellow or white) (sliced)

Aromatics

  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)

Sauces & Thickeners

  • 2 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch

Instructions 

  • Slice beef, peppers, and onion.
  • Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and garlic for 15 minutes.
  • Cook beef in a skillet until browned, then set aside.
  • Sauté peppers and onions until tender.
  • Combine beef with vegetables and heat through. Serve hot.
