Instructions
Heat sesame oil and neutral oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add garlic, ginger, and diced onion; cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Push ingredients to one side, scramble eggs in the empty space, then mix everything together.
Add cooked rice, frozen vegetables, soy sauce, and butter; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until heated through. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best texture and flavor.
