Ingredients

Flatbreads

  • 2 pieces flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/3 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread basil pesto on flatbreads and top with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
