A delicious and healthy wrap combining turkey, pesto, and fresh vegetables for a quick meal.

Ingredients

Deli Meats & Dairy

  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese (whipped)
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 1 high fiber, high protein 8" tortilla tortilla
  • 2 slices provolone (thinly sliced)
  • 3 ounces deli turkey

Vegetables

  • 1/2 cup lettuce (shredded)
  • 1/2 roma tomato (sliced) roma tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions 

  • Spread whipped cottage cheese and pesto evenly over the tortilla.
  • Add slices of provolone, turkey, lettuce, and tomato on top.
  • Optional: Drizzle sriracha and balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
  • Roll up the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.
