Ingredients

Fruits and Dairy

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • as desired quantity protein powder
  • as needed quantity ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)

Instructions 

  • Add the frozen strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla into a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add more sweetener if desired, then blend briefly.
  • Pour into glasses immediately and enjoy.
  • Add optional ingredients like chia seeds, raspberries, protein powder, or ice before blending.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or frozen fruit.
