Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, and sugar. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Combine dry and wet ingredients, fold in chopped pistachios, then pour into the pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
Drizzle warm honey on top and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
