Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan.
Mix almond milk and lemon juice; let rest 10 minutes.
Combine applesauce, melted butter, and protein powder; add molasses, eggs, then fold in flour mixture.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, covering with foil after 30 minutes.
Cool in pan 15 minutes, then transfer to rack.
