A quick and flavorful stir fry combining ground beef and vegetables in a savory teriyaki sauce.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

Vegetables

  • 2 medium bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Sauces & Oils

  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce

Aromatics

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Cooking Oil

  • 2 tbsp vegetable or sesame oil

Instructions 

  • Slice bell peppers, cut broccoli into florets, and mince garlic.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Add bell peppers and broccoli; cook for 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in teriyaki sauce, stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of sesame seeds or chopped green onions before serving.
