A quick and flavorful stir fry combining ground beef and vegetables in a savory teriyaki sauce.
Ingredients

Vegetables

bell peppers (sliced)

broccoli florets

teriyaki sauce

Instructions
Slice bell peppers, cut broccoli into florets, and mince garlic.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.
Add bell peppers and broccoli; cook for 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in teriyaki sauce, stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of sesame seeds or chopped green onions before serving.
