Ingredients

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook diced onion for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add ground beef, cook until browned (5-7 minutes), then drain excess fat.
Stir in sliced peppers and minced garlic; cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Mix in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pour in broth, soy, and Worcestershire sauces; simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve beef mixture over rice, garnished with cilantro if desired.
Notes
Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust seasonings to taste.
