A refreshing and simple dessert combining ripe mangoes, tapioca pearls, coconut milk, and condensed milk for a delightful treat.

Instructions
Boil 5 cups (1250 ml) water, add tapioca pearls, and cook for 10 minutes. Cover and rest for 10-15 minutes until translucent.
Strain and rinse tapioca, then transfer to a bowl. Mix in coconut milk and set aside.
Blend peeled, pitted, sliced mangoes with condensed milk until smooth.
Dice the remaining mango into 1-cm cubes and set aside.
Divide mango puree into bowls, top with coconut sago, add mango cubes, and garnish with mint if desired. Serve cold.
Notes
For extra flavor, chill the dessert before serving.
