Instructions
Mix all chicken seasonings and coat chicken pieces evenly.
Thread chicken onto soaked skewers, leaving space between pieces.
Melt butter, cook garlic for 1 min, then stir in Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, and remaining seasonings. Whisk until smooth.
Cook skewers via your preferred method, basting with sauce as needed, until chicken reaches 165°F.
