Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders (or thighs/breasts) (cut into 3-inch pieces)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 8-10 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • cup fresh parsley (minced)
  • 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

Instructions 

  • Mix all chicken seasonings and coat chicken pieces evenly.
  • Thread chicken onto soaked skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  • Melt butter, cook garlic for 1 min, then stir in Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, and remaining seasonings. Whisk until smooth.
  • Cook skewers via your preferred method, basting with sauce as needed, until chicken reaches 165°F.
  • Brush cooked chicken with reserved sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan, and serve.

Notes

Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F for safety.
