Delicious and flavorful chicken skewers marinated in ranch, garlic, and parmesan, perfect for a quick and tasty meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders (thighs or breast)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8-10 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • Fresh parsley (minced) parsley
  • Ranch seasoning mix Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions 

  • Mix melted butter, garlic, parmesan, hot sauce, parsley, and ranch seasoning to make marinade.
  • Marinate chicken in half of the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Thread chicken onto skewers and brush with remaining marinade.
  • Cook in air fryer for 10-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting halfway.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, baste the skewers with marinade during cooking.
