Instructions
Whisk olive oil, ranch seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken pieces in marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 8 hours.
If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 20–30 minutes. Thread chicken onto skewers.
Melt butter, cook garlic for 1–2 minutes, then stir in ranch seasoning and Parmesan. Serve sauce with skewered chicken.
