Delight in these flaky scones packed with fresh raspberries and creamy white chocolate, perfect for breakfast or teatime.
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

cold unsalted butter, diced

heavy cream, divided

fresh raspberries, rinsed and dried

white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
Whisk egg, ½ cup cream, vanilla; add to dry ingredients.
Fold in raspberries and white chocolate.
Pat dough into a 1-inch thick disk, cut into 8 wedges.
Brush with remaining cream, bake at 400°F (204°C) for 18-22 mins.
Notes
For best results, handle raspberries gently to prevent crushing.
