A delicious and healthy smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or snack, combining fresh strawberries and bananas with creamy yogurt.

fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

ripe banana, peeled and sliced
Dairy & Liquids

yogurt (plain or vanilla)

milk (dairy or non-dairy)

honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
Wash and hull the strawberries, peel and slice the banana.
Combine strawberries, banana, yogurt, and milk in a blender. Add honey or syrup if desired, and ice for a thicker texture.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with fruit slices if desired.
Notes
For a colder smoothie, add more ice cubes or use frozen fruit.
