Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare two 9-inch pans.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
Combine wet and dry, then add coffee and mix until smooth.
Divide batter into pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.
Heat cream, pour over chocolate, add butter, stir until smooth to make ganache.
Spread ganache between layers and over the cake. Let set before serving.
