A quick and delicious flatbread topped with flavorful salmon and cheese, perfect for a light meal or appetizer.

avocado mayonnaise

pico de gallo

Salt and pepper

Instructions
Mix salmon, mayonnaise, pico de gallo, pickles, and celery in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to broil. Toast flatbreads on both sides for about 1 minute each.
Spread salmon mixture on flatbreads, top with shredded cheese, and broil until cheese melts, about 1 minute.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon.
