This delicious salmon dish is enhanced with a rich garlic lemon butter sauce, making it a perfect choice for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon (6-8 ounces each), skin-on or
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional) (for extra flavor)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice ((about 2 lemons))
  • 1 lemon zest of
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Pat salmon dry, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear salmon for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and sear for 2-3 minutes.
  • Transfer to oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic, add lemon juice and zest, simmer until thickened.
  • Pour sauce over salmon, garnish with parsley.
  • Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
