Instructions
Pat salmon dry, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear salmon for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and sear for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer to oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic, add lemon juice and zest, simmer until thickened.
Pour sauce over salmon, garnish with parsley.
Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
