Pecan Filling

120gramscold heavy cream
45gramsheavy cream(at room temperature)
22gramspowdered sugar(or more to taste)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment and spray with cooking spray.
Mix melted butter and crust ingredients, press into pan, prick with fork, and bake for 18-20 minutes. Set aside.
Heat butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, and heavy cream until boiling; simmer 3 minutes. Temper eggs with ⅓ cup of mixture, then combine with remaining mixture. Stir in pecans, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over crust.
Bake for 28-34 minutes until center jiggles slightly. Cool completely before slicing.
Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Serve bars with whipped cream and flaky sea salt.
Notes
For best results, serve at room temperature after cooling.
