  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Bring salted water to a boil, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink, then drain and chill.
  • Mix ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
