Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss chicken with oil, garlic, salt, oregano, mustard, honey, and lemon zest. Skewer tightly and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
While baking, prepare tzatziki by mixing yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
Warm pitas or naan. Remove chicken from skewers, assemble gyros with toppings and tzatziki.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer or add fresh herbs to the tzatziki.
