Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Mix honey, garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
Toss zucchini, corn, and tomatoes with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper; spread on the pan.
Place salmon in the center, spoon sauce over, and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked and vegetables are tender.
Garnish with parsley, lemon wedges, and red pepper flakes before serving.
