A flavorful and easy sheet pan meal featuring tender turkey, roasted vegetables, and a tangy lemon honey glaze.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.75 lb turkey breast (cut into 2 inch chunks)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (approximate juice from 1 lemon)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp hot sauce ((I used Sriracha))
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 yam yam (cut into 1 inch chunks)
  • 2 large potatoes (cut into 1 inch chunks)
  • 1 large onion (cut into 1 inch chunks)
  • 10 brussels sprouts (cut in half)
  • 2 lemons lemons (sliced)
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Adjust seasoning to taste before roasting.
