A delicious and easy one-pan meal featuring tender steak and roasted vegetables.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450ºF with the top rack 4-6” from the broiler.
Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender, then drain and dry.
Mix melted butter with garlic, season, and reserve.
Arrange veggies on a greased sheet pan, drizzle with half the garlic butter, and season.
Roast veggies for 20 minutes, then add seasoned steak and drizzle with remaining butter.
Broil for 4 minutes, flip, and broil for another 3-4 minutes for medium-rare.
Notes
Let the steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before serving for better flavor.
