Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º F (175º C).
Melt butter and ½ cup chocolate chips together.
Whisk eggs and brown sugar until lightened, then add vanilla and melted mixture.
Stir in cocoa, flour, salt, espresso powder, then remaining chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a greased 8-inch skillet and bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool, then serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
Notes
For extra richness, sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top before baking.
