Delight in rich, gooey brownies baked directly in a skillet for a warm, indulgent treat.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 18 ounce brownie mix
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Wet ingredients

  • ½ cup salted butter (melted)
  • 2 Large eggs eggs
  • 1 ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Optional garnish

  • Vanilla Ice Cream vanilla ice cream (optional garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and place a 10-inch cast-iron skillet inside.
  • Mix brownie and flour in a bowl. Beat melted butter and eggs until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into hot skillet and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are set and center is gooey.
  • Cool for 10-15 minutes, then serve warm with optional vanilla ice cream.

Notes

Ensure not to overbake to keep brownies gooey.
