Enjoy these warm, fluffy cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze, perfect for breakfast or a treat.

Dough

warm milk

unsalted butter melted

Filling

unsalted butter softened

brown sugar

ground cinnamon

Glaze

powdered sugar

milk or cream

Instructions
Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit until foamy, about 5-10 minutes.
Add melted butter and eggs; stir in flour and salt to form a soft dough.
Knead dough for 8 minutes or in a mixer for 5 minutes; let rise until doubled, about 1 to 1½ hours.
Roll dough into a 14x18-inch rectangle, spread softened butter, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar, then roll up and cut into 12 rolls.
Place rolls in a lined pan, let rise for 30-45 minutes, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 22-28 minutes until golden.
Mix glaze ingredients and spread over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
Ensure dough is kneaded thoroughly for soft, fluffy rolls.
